Our open style restaurant kitchen and colourful indoor dining area is still a work-in-progress as is our liquor license. But all great things are worth the wait. We will follow our taste buds as they lead us towards the Middle Eastern and North African cuisine that we love most. Our intention is always to lean hard into local, sustainable, and seasonal produce with an emphasis on plant-based healthy meals. We aren’t shy about our love of cardamom, rose petals, za’atar, harissa, tahini, sumac and loads of fresh herbs and bright flavours. At the same time, you can always count on finding the tried-and-true favourites like our delicious breakfast sandwich and sesame toasted bagels with cream cheese and lox. Gluten-free, wheat-free and vegan options will always be available. And our refreshing homemade Rhubarb-ade and other specialty drinks are there for your enjoyment.
The outdoor patio with its signature colourful tables and swirling raised beds full of edible and ornamental plants offers a unique and relaxing dining experience. With the forest on one side of the patio and Rails to Trails running alongside the property, we can easily accommodate romantic couples, families with children, or groups of cyclists, hikers and joggers exploring the winding trails between Lunenburg, Mahone Bay and Bridgewater. Our future picnic basket offerings will allow you to dine in our woods at our shaded picnic tables, or the option of carrying a delicious lunch to your favourite beach destination.
